Bravida consolidates Swedish operations into single organisation

Bravida, a major provider of installation and service solutions for buildings and facilities, has consolidated its three existing Swedish divisions – North, Central, and South – into one unified Swedish organisation. This strategic move is designed to strengthen governance, increase operational efficiency, and improve overall profitability across the company's Swedish operations.

The new structure is expected to facilitate a more uniform range of services delivered throughout Bravida's markets in Sweden. The company has reported a one-off cost of SEK 20 million in its Q4 2025 results related to the restructuring. Additionally, further one-off costs, estimated between SEK 70 and 90 million, are anticipated in 2026 as the changes are implemented.

"The new organisational structure is a natural step in Bravida's continuing development," stated CEO and Group President Mattias Johansson. He expressed a goal for Bravida to emerge from the current economic downturn as a stronger company. Johansson believes the new structure will provide a better foundation for growth, enhance governance, and accelerate the company's strategy, ultimately leading to higher margins and increased market share.

Lars Täuber, who previously led the Central division and most recently oversaw a turnaround for the South division, has been appointed as the Head of Sweden for the new organisation. The change took effect on January 1, 2026.
