Bravida Denmark acquires stake in solar energy company Viva Energi
Bravida Denmark is acquiring 60 percent of solar panel company Viva Energi A/S, strengthening its portfolio of climate-friendly energy solutions.

Bravida Denmark announced it has acquired a 60 percent stake in Viva Energi A/S, a Danish solar panel company. The acquisition is aimed at enhancing Bravida's offerings in climate-friendly energy solutions.
Viva Energi, founded in 2009, currently employs 13 people and is described as one of Denmark's most experienced full-service providers of photovoltaic systems, serving both consumers and businesses. Bravida aims to be an industry leader in sustainable energy solutions.
The share transfer is scheduled for January 2, 2022. Bravida will initially acquire 60 percent of the shares, with an option to acquire the remaining 40 percent by 2025.
This move aligns with Bravida's long-term sustainability strategy, which includes electric vehicle charging solutions and its GreenHub concept. Both companies anticipate significant synergies and expanded market opportunities as a result of the partnership.
