Bravida handles electrical installations for XTX Markets data center in Kajaani
Bravida Finland has been contracted to perform electrical installation work at XTX Markets' new 15,000-square-meter data center in Kajaani. The facility is part of a 1 billion euro industrial investment in Finland.
Bravida Finland has secured a contract to manage electrical installations for the data center complex being developed by XTX Markets in Kajaani. The scope of work includes wiring for server rooms, office areas, and power infrastructure for industrial processes.
The project marks a significant investment for the region, with the total complex valued at approximately 1 billion euros. Teemu Honkonen, Branch Manager of Bravida’s Electrical Branch in Oulu, noted that the project's scale requires precise coordination to ensure uninterruptible power supply for the facility's sensitive systems.
Working alongside YIT, the project manager for the site, Bravida is tasked with integrating complex technical systems. The project relies on experience in high-capacity data center environments to meet strict operational requirements.
Installation work commenced in March 2025. The first data center unit is scheduled for completion in 2026.
