Bravida initiates 100 MSEK share buyback program

The Board of Directors of Bravida has confirmed the initiation of a share buyback program, utilizing the authorization granted during the 2026 Annual General Meeting. The company will repurchase its own ordinary shares for a maximum value of 100 million SEK between November 2, 2026, and February 5, 2027.

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) will execute the transactions on Nasdaq Stockholm on behalf of Bravida. Under the terms of the mandate, SEB is required to make independent trading decisions in compliance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation and the Nasdaq Nordic Main Market Rulebook.

Bravida states that the primary objective of the program is to optimize the company's capital structure and enhance shareholder value. As of late October 2026, the company held over 1.5 million of its own ordinary shares. The total holding of treasury shares remains capped at 10 percent of the total outstanding shares.
