Bravida Norway has acquired Z-Elektro AS, thereby strengthening its position in electrical installation and service within the Telemark region. Z-Elektro AS reports an annual turnover of just over NOK 17.5 million and employs 20 people.

The company Z-Elektro AS was founded in 2005 and is based in Skien. This acquisition aligns with Bravida's strategy to expand its service offerings and reinforce its market presence in the area.

Frode Heimark, Regional Manager for Vestfold/Telemark at Bravida Norway, stated that the acquisition significantly enhances their combined service range for customers in the region. "By strengthening our position in electrical services, we will be well-positioned to further develop our holistic solutions for customers in the area," Heimark commented.

Øyvind Hagen, Head of Division for Eastern Norway at Bravida Norway, noted that Z-Elektro AS has a strong local reputation and will significantly impact the segment. The move supports Bravida's growth ambitions in both electrical installation and service provision.

The acquisition is expected to be finalized around the end of 2021. Espen Utzig, co-owner and founder of Z-Elektro AS, expressed anticipation for the company's continued development as part of Bravida.
