Bravida reports improved EBITA margin and growing order backlog
Bravida reports an improved EBITA margin and a growing order backlog for the second quarter of 2025. Net sales decreased, but profit increased.

Building services company Bravida has reported an improved EBITA margin and a growing order backlog for the period April–June 2025, according to the company's interim report.
Net sales decreased by 9 percent to SEK 6,974 million (SEK 7,694 million) compared to the same period last year. The order backlog stood at SEK 16,854 million (SEK 17,559 million).
EBITA, however, increased by 10 percent to SEK 378 million (SEK 343 million), with the EBITA margin improving to 5.4 percent (4.5 percent). Profit after tax rose by 12 percent to SEK 269 million (SEK 240 million).
According to the CEO, the improved profitability in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark was driven by focused project selection and cost control. Operations in Denmark are developing satisfactorily, with expectations of continued gradual improvement. Despite a weak market in parts of Sweden and Finland, the company managed to adapt its organization and costs to achieve acceptable profitability.
The Norwegian operations improved their project margins, leading to a better EBITA margin. Organic growth was negative compared to the previous year. Danish operations continued to develop positively, with a significant profit improvement and new orders with good margins.
Cash flow from operating activities decreased, mainly due to an increase in unbilled revenue in a large infrastructure project. During the quarter, one acquisition was completed, adding approximately SEK 346 million in annual sales. Bravida continues its sustainability efforts, reducing emissions from its vehicle fleet and improving workplace safety.
