Building services company Bravida repurchased 64,264 of its own shares between June 16-23, 2026, as part of a share buyback program totaling up to SEK 100 million.

Bravida repurchased shares worth approximately SEK 8 million

Bravida Holding AB has repurchased 64,264 of its own ordinary shares during the period from June 16 up to and including June 23, 2026. The total transaction value for these repurchases amounted to approximately SEK 7.97 million. These transactions are part of a larger share buyback program, approved by the Board of Directors, with a maximum value of SEK 100 million.

The share buyback program, initiated on May 4, 2026, aims to optimize Bravida's capital structure and enhance shareholder value. The program is authorized by the 2026 Annual General Meeting and is set to continue until July 9, 2026.

All share repurchases were conducted on Nasdaq Stockholm by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, acting independently and in accordance with the EU's Market Abuse Regulation. Following these repurchases, Bravida holds 741,854 of its own ordinary shares and 2,370,189 Class C shares.

Bravida provides installation, maintenance, and contracting services for electrical, heating, ventilation, and cooling systems. The company operates across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, serving industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
