Bravida has announced the transfer of its Bravida Charge concept to the company Eways. Bravida Charge provides digital solutions for electric vehicle charging, encompassing monitoring, backend systems, and payment services.
The transaction is set to be finalized on March 1, 2024. Bravida stated that Eways is the appropriate partner to further develop the product and service portfolio and serve customers effectively. Bravida Charge has grown significantly since its inception and currently operates charging points across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
While transferring the digital charging solutions operations, Bravida intends to maintain its focus on innovation in e-mobility, energy optimization, and connected buildings. The company will continue to offer installation and service as a preferred partner.
This move signifies Bravida's strategic decision to concentrate on its core installation and service business while ensuring the continued growth and development of its e-mobility solutions under Eways' management.
