Bravida wins new service contract for Great Belt Fixed Link
Bravida will continue to operate and maintain mechanical and electrical systems on the Great Belt Fixed Link in Denmark under a four-year contract, with an option for extension.
Bravida has secured a new four-year frame agreement with Sund & Bælt A/S for the operation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems on the Great Belt Fixed Link in Denmark. The contract, which commenced on November 1, 2020, includes an option for an additional four-year extension.
Bravida Denmark won the tender against three other companies. The scope of the agreement has been expanded to include maintenance of the land facility for the Øresund Bridge on the Danish side, in addition to the Great Belt Fixed Link. Bravida has accumulated over four and a half years of experience in operating and maintaining the Great Belt Fixed Link.
According to the company, the agreement is significant and reflects the trust placed in Bravida's capabilities. Bravida states it possesses a competent and experienced organization prepared to continue its work ensuring the operational integrity of installations on one of Denmark's key transport routes.
