BrightSpring Health Services to Join S&P MidCap 400 Index
BrightSpring Health Services Inc. (NASD: BTSG) will replace Chart Industries Inc. in the S&P MidCap 400 index. Karman Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KRMN) will replace BrightSpring in the S&P SmallCap 600.

BrightSpring Health Services Inc. is set to be included in the S&P MidCap 400 index, according to an announcement from S&P Dow Jones Indices. The change is scheduled to take effect prior to the market open on Friday, July 17, 2026.
BrightSpring Health Services will replace Chart Industries Inc. (NYSE: GTLS) in the MidCap 400. Chart Industries is being removed due to its acquisition by Baker Hughes Co. (NASD: BKR), a deal expected to close on July 16.
In a related move, Karman Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KRMN) will replace BrightSpring Health Services in the S&P SmallCap 600 index. BrightSpring Health Services is classified under the Health Care sector, while Karman Holdings is in the Industrials sector.
