Broadcaster contribution service launches new career portal

The contribution service for German public broadcasters ARD, ZDF, and Deutschlandradio has launched a new online career portal. The platform aims to provide job seekers with a fully digital workflow, from finding job openings to submitting an application, while also presenting the service's employer brand under the slogan #upgradebereit.

The portal is technically integrated with the application management system, enabling interested candidates to enter the application process directly without detours. The website is designed for user-friendliness and easy navigation on mobile devices.

Beyond just listing vacancies, the new portal offers an authentic insight into the work environment, values, and employee expectations at the contribution service. It features real employees instead of stock photos, providing genuine perspectives on their roles and motivations. This initiative highlights the service's transition towards becoming a digital service provider.
