Brookfield in exclusive talks to buy Israeli software firm Actimize for $2 billion
Brookfield is in exclusive negotiations to acquire Actimize, an Israeli software company, from Nice for approximately $2 billion. The deal is not finalized.

Brookfield, a Toronto-based investment firm, is reportedly in exclusive talks to purchase Actimize, an Israeli software company, for about $2 billion. Actimize is a subsidiary of Nice, an Israeli enterprise software firm listed on Nasdaq.
The potential deal is not yet finalized and could still fall through, according to reports. Brookfield's financial infrastructure arm has secured exclusivity in negotiations with Nice following a sale process that began in November 2025.
Nice originally acquired Actimize in 2007 for $280 million. Actimize specializes in software for financial institutions, focusing on fraud detection, anti-money laundering, and regulatory compliance solutions.
In 2024, Actimize reported revenues of $453.5 million and an operating profit of $158.3 million. This acquisition would represent a significant move by Brookfield into the financial technology sector, particularly in areas critical for regulatory adherence and risk management within financial services globally.
