Bruce Markets Connects U.S. Equities Data Feed to S3 for Enhanced Analytics
Bruce Markets' U.S. Equities data feed is now integrated with S3's trade analytics software, providing clients with improved capabilities to monitor and analyze overnight trading.

Bruce Markets, operator of the Bruce ATS trading venue for U.S. equities, announced on October 14, 2026, the integration of its market data feed with S3, a provider of trade analytics software. This connection offers S3's clients a more comprehensive view of U.S. equity prices and liquidity during overnight trading hours.
"Bruce ATS now represents more than one-fifth of reported overnight notional across the three leading ATSs, making visibility into our market increasingly important to evaluating execution quality," said Jason Wallach, CEO of Bruce Markets. He noted that S3's addition of their market data allows its clients to make more informed comparisons as the overnight market continues to grow.
The Bruce ATS has experienced significant growth, with executed volume increasing by 144% and notional value rising by 105% in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the first. Bruce Markets has also announced plans to launch the first continuous weekend trading session for U.S. equities, subject to regulatory review, reflecting a growing demand for 24/7 global access to U.S. stock markets.
As U.S. equities move toward an always-on market, a competitive, multi-venue ecosystem offers brokers and liquidity providers multiple avenues to access liquidity under changing market conditions. S3's integration with Bruce ATS provides clients with the necessary visibility to evaluate execution quality as trading hours expand.
