B&S Group extends credit facilities and loans until 2026
B&S Group has extended its credit facilities and loans until December 2026 with five major European banks. The company's revolving credit facilities have also been increased.

Consumer goods company B&S Group announced on February 20, 2024, that it has extended its significant credit facilities. The company's unsecured term loan facilities totaling EUR 175 million and unsecured revolving credit facilities totaling EUR 170 million have been extended until December 2026.
The original facilities were set to mature in December 2024 and December 2025, respectively. The company has also increased the size of its revolving credit facilities by EUR 25 million to EUR 170 million, of which EUR 20 million still matures in December 2024. Additionally, an accordion option has been included, allowing for a potential increase of up to EUR 75 million.
The group's uncommitted overdraft facilities have also been adjusted, amounting to EUR 190 million. These overdrafts provide necessary flexibility to manage fluctuations in working capital.
All formal credit arrangements were entered into on a bilateral basis with five major European banks. B&S Group's business focuses on making branded consumer goods accessible globally.
