Bugatti Announces First Residential Project in the U.S.
Automaker Bugatti has announced its first residential project in the United States. The project, named Bugatti Residences Miami, will be located on the Miami River and is a collaboration between Prosper Group and Versluys Group.
Luxury automaker Bugatti is expanding its brand into the real estate sector with its first residential project in the United States. The Bugatti Residences Miami is set to be located along the Miami River, near the Brickell financial district.
The project is a joint venture between developers Prosper Group and Belgium-based Versluys Group. Architectural design will be handled by Brandon Haw Architecture, with interior design by Yabu Pushelberg. The project is valued at approximately $650 million, with developers having purchased the roughly one-acre plot of land for $50 million.
This 60-story skyscraper will feature 183 residences. Bugatti states that its "Art, Forme, Technique" philosophy will influence the design and overall resident experience. Residents will also have access to luxury concierge services provided by Rhodium.
Specific details such as the final design, apartment sizes, pricing, and completion timeline have not yet been released. Sales are planned to commence in the first half of 2027. Bugatti has previously launched similar residential projects, notably in Dubai.
