Buick has officially opened pre-orders for its L7 all-electric sedan, with pricing details yet to be announced. The new model highlights advanced electric vehicle technology, including an 800-volt architecture.

The car is based on what Buick describes as "the industry's safest 800-volt" platform. It also supports "super-fast charging" at 55 degrees Celsius, which the company claims can add 450 km of range in just 10 minutes. Additionally, the L7 introduces a "decoupled suspension cabin" system that reportedly anticipates road undulations 20 meters ahead.

Inside, the vehicle features an SPF100+ "cosmetic-grade sun protection" intelligent dimming skylight and "cloud-like" suspension seats designed to reduce pressure and provide enhanced support.

The L7 electric sedan is expected to feature a 282 kW electric motor. Reports suggest all models will come standard with the 800-volt architecture and 6C super-fast charging technology, utilizing batteries from CATL.
