Build-A-Bear Workshop to Open New Orlando Store

Build-A-Bear Workshop is set to open its largest and most immersive retail entertainment experience to date at Orlando's ICON Park in November. The three-story venue marks a significant expansion for the company's traditional store model.

The new store will feature several first-of-their-kind attractions for the brand, including a Design Studio where visitors can conceptualize and create their own unique stuffed animals. An interactive Bakeshop will allow customers to decorate their own cookies, adding another layer of engagement.

Additional customization options, branded as 'Personalize Me', will also be available, allowing guests to further tailor their creations. The opening signifies Build-A-Bear's strategy to evolve its retail spaces into more experiential destinations.

The company has been exploring new formats and concepts to drive foot traffic and differentiate itself in the competitive retail landscape. This new Orlando location is expected to serve as a testing ground for future store designs and experiential offerings.
