London – UK bill management platform Bunch announced on January 6, 2026, its acquisition of Monadd, a company specializing in address management infrastructure. The deal integrates Monadd's technology for updating address changes and service notifications into the Bunch platform, aiming to automate household administration for renters.
Bunch states it now reaches over one in three UK renters through strategic partnerships and integrations with property technology platforms. The company has reported 400% growth in the past eight months, driven by expanded partnerships and increased demand for automated household management solutions.

Monadd's technology, currently used by over 8,000 households, enables simultaneous updates to multiple service providers. Integrated with Bunch's forthcoming AI assistant, which will discover bills, analyze spending, and automate supplier interactions, the combined offering seeks to simplify household management.
This marks Bunch's first acquisition and is intended to accelerate its mission to make bill management effortless and intelligent. The deal expands Bunch's focus beyond the complexities of moving house to encompass continuous, year-round household administration.
