Bunzl Canada has announced Julianna Squires as the recipient of its 2023 scholarship program. Squires is the daughter of Judy Squires, a Customer Service Manager for Bunzl Cleaning and Hygiene in Toronto. The scholarship supports the higher education pursuits of employees' children.
Squires will commence her studies in the Life Sciences program at McMaster University in the upcoming academic year. A committee of Canadian university and college representatives selected her for the award based on academic merit and other criteria.
She expressed gratitude for the scholarship, noting it will serve as a significant support as she enters her program and pursues a career in healthcare. Squires stated the financial assistance will help remove barriers, allowing her to focus on her academic goals and extracurricular involvement.
