Bureau Veritas Launches Supply Chain Engagement Solution

Bureau Veritas' AITrack Solutions announced on May 13, 2026, the launch of its new Supply Chain Engagement solution. This tool is designed to help organizations achieve greater visibility into their value chain emissions. The initiative aims to support more informed decision-making in areas such as procurement, product strategy, mitigation planning, and sustainability reporting.

The new solution enhances AITrack's existing capabilities for calculating corporate and product footprints. It allows companies to collect, validate, and integrate supplier-specific data, including Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data, into their corporate emission inventories. Furthermore, it provides suppliers with expert-developed tools to generate granular, product-specific impact data, thereby reducing the documentation burden.

"Supply chain emissions remain one of the biggest challenges for organizations pursuing credible sustainability progress," stated Rui Fernandes Teixeira, Interim CEO of AITrack Solutions and VP of Global Sales & Marketing Sustainability. "With AITrack Solutions and its new supply chain engagement capabilities, we are helping organizations move beyond estimates and generic supplier surveys toward product-specific, supplier-powered insights at scale. The result is better data, stronger supplier collaboration, and a trusted foundation for sustainable growth and market differentiation."

Key features of the solution include supplier engagement campaigns with automated invitations and tracking, the ability to collect product impact data from suppliers, and tools for suppliers to calculate emissions. The collected data is integrated into the company's Scope 3 emissions calculations and includes a full audit trail to streamline assurance and reporting.
