Bureau Veritas Receives Transparency Award for Registration Document

Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services, has received the 2026 Transparency Award for Best Universal Registration Document. This award acknowledges the quality and comprehensiveness of the company's reporting, encompassing financial, sustainability, and non-financial information.

The award underscores Bureau Veritas' commitment to providing clear, accessible, and transparent data to all its stakeholders. The Universal Registration Document is considered an essential resource for investors and stakeholders, detailing the company's strategy, financial performance, sustainability commitments, and governance.

The Transparency Awards, established as a benchmark in the French financial market since 2009, assess corporate transparency using hundreds of objective criteria. These criteria evaluate the clarity, accessibility, accuracy, comparability, and availability of disclosed information.

"This distinction recognizes the collective efforts made across the Group to provide information that is increasingly clear, relevant, and valuable to our stakeholders. Transparency is at the heart of the trust we build and remains a cornerstone of our relationships with investors, employees, clients, and our broader ecosystem," said François Chabas, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer.

This recognition follows previous accolades for Bureau Veritas' financial communications and transparency practices. The company's 2025 Universal Registration Document was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on March 30, 2026.
