Bureau Veritas reports double-digit revenue growth for third quarter 2026
The testing and inspection firm Bureau Veritas posted revenue of €1.57 billion in the third quarter of 2026, supported by organic growth and portfolio restructuring.
Bureau Veritas saw its total revenue rise by 10.1% to €1.57 billion in the third quarter of 2026, driven by a 6.2% organic growth rate. The company, which provides testing, inspection, and certification services, credited its performance to the ongoing execution of its 'LEAP | 28' strategy, which focuses on higher-growth markets and a simplified reporting structure.
Performance was strongest in the 'Buildings & Infrastructure' and 'Product Testing & Services' divisions, which grew by 7.9% and 7.0% organically, respectively. The company is currently undergoing a significant portfolio shift, exiting oil, petrochemical, and coal-related testing businesses to prioritize more specialized sectors. CEO Hinda Gharbi stated that the company remains on track to meet its full-year guidance for 2026, which anticipates mid-to-high single-digit organic revenue growth.
As part of its long-term strategy, Bureau Veritas identified artificial intelligence as a primary growth driver, setting an ambition to generate €1 billion in revenue from AI-driven services by 2030. To support its capital allocation plans, the company recently completed a €700 million bond issuance and continues to execute a €200 million share buyback program.
Looking ahead, Bureau Veritas reaffirmed its commitment to a double-digit compound annual growth rate for total revenue between 2027 and 2028, supported by its resilient business model and continued investment in scalable operations.
