Bureau Veritas reported a 10.1% increase in revenue for the third quarter of 2026, reaching €1.57 billion. Organic growth accounted for 6.2% of this performance, while bolt-on acquisitions contributed 1.8% and currency fluctuations provided a 2.1% tailwind.

Growth was distributed across the company's newly structured divisions. Buildings and infrastructure led with 7.9% organic growth, followed by product testing at 7.0%, industrials and commodities at 5.1%, and business assurance at 3.2%. CEO Hinda Gharbi noted that the performance reflects the success of the company’s portfolio rotation strategy amid a complex macroeconomic climate.

The firm also outlined plans to integrate artificial intelligence as a strategic pillar, targeting €1 billion in revenue from AI-driven services by 2030. During the quarter, the company completed a €700 million bond issuance to manage its debt maturity profile.

Bureau Veritas confirmed its outlook for the full year 2026, projecting mid-to-high single-digit organic revenue growth and improved operating margins. The company also announced an upgraded target for a double-digit compound annual growth rate in revenue for 2027 and 2028.
