Bvlgari to Open New Resort and Residences in Abu Dhabi in 2030
Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Eagle Hills to develop a new resort and private mansions on a private island in Abu Dhabi, set to open in 2030.

Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, part of the LVMH group, has entered into an agreement with Eagle Hills to develop the Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi. The project, located on a private island off the coast of Abu Dhabi, is scheduled to open in 2030.
The development aims to blend contemporary Italian architecture with Arabian heritage. The construction will adhere to sustainability best practices and is designed by Milanese architecture firm ACPV Architects. The resort will offer sea views and be accessible via a dedicated bridge and by sea.
The project will feature a resort with 60 rooms and suites, 30 villas with private pools, and 90 large mansions. The most exclusive, the Bvlgari Villa, will span 1,200 square meters with its own landscaped park. Dining and wellness facilities will include signature restaurants, a 2,000 sqm spa, a fitness center, and a yacht club.
Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bvlgari, stated the project is a tribute to the brand's timeless elegance and craftsmanship. This expansion further solidifies Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts' presence in the luxury hospitality sector within the UAE.
