Bybit Expands Derivatives Options and Launches Trading Challenge

Digital asset trading platform Bybit has expanded its TradFi Perp Options offering with six new underlying assets. The new listings, made available on September 29, 2026, include Tesla shares, Invesco QQQ (Nasdaq 100 ETF), Direxion Semiconductor Bull 3X ETF (SOXL), Micron Technology, SK Hynix, and Sandisk.

Bybit first launched its TradFi Perp Options contracts, built on the company's TradFi Perpetuals, on September 17, 2026, initially featuring SpaceX and NVIDIA. With this expansion, the offering now covers eight tickers.

The company has also initiated the Wall Street Blue-Chip Options Challenge, running until October 27, 2026. The challenge features two reward tracks: a new-user first trade prize pool of 5,000 USDT for the first 1,000 qualifying traders, and a volume challenge with a prize pool of up to 65,000 USDT, distributed among the top 50 traders by volume.

The Perp Options service allows users to trade global equity options 24/7 directly from their USDT-funded accounts without needing a separate brokerage account. Contracts follow a European style, settle in cash via USDT, and support fractional lot sizes and combo strategies.
