BYD Denza's all-electric N8L SUV has started deliveries to its first batch of customers in China, the company announced on Friday, September 15. The model is offered in two variants, with pricing ranging from 299,800 yuan (approximately $41,000) to 329,800 yuan (approximately $45,000).

The N8L measures 5200mm in length, 1999mm in width, and 1820mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3075mm. It features a six-seat layout in a 2+2+2 configuration. Exterior highlights include new 20-inch wheels and two new color options: gold and dark green.

A notable feature is the addition of a 208-liter dual-layer electric front trunk, equipped with a drain hole for easy cleaning. This space is designed to accommodate outdoor gear or items that may be dirty, preventing the car's interior from soiling.

The interior boasts premium materials such as a suede-like headliner and wood trim. The cockpit is equipped with a 13.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a 17.3-inch central infotainment touchscreen, and a 13.2-inch passenger display. Additionally, the vehicle includes a 50-inch AR-HUD (Augmented Reality Head-Up Display) and a 9-inch digital rearview mirror.

In terms of performance, the N8L is powered by a 370 kW electric motor and a 130.15 kWh "Blade" battery, offering a CLTC-rated pure electric range of 960 km. The vehicle's energy consumption is rated at 13.55 kWh per 100 km. It also incorporates BYD's "Cloud-A" intelligent suspension system and rear-wheel steering.
