BYD Denza reveals N8 electric SUV with new battery technology

BYD Denza has officially released images of its new N8 electric SUV.

The vehicle is described as a large, five-seat SUV, measuring 5150 mm in length, 1999 mm in width, and 1820 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3075 mm.

The N8 will be equipped with the second-generation "Blade Battery" and fast-charging technology. The manufacturer claims the battery can reach 80% charge in 5 minutes and a full charge in 9 minutes, with only a 3-minute increase in charging time at -30 degrees Celsius.

Previous announcements indicated that the N8 will offer powertrain options including a single motor (320 kW), a high-performance single motor (370 kW), and a three-motor setup (270/310/310 kW). Standard features will include a panoramic sunroof, with various customization options available for the exterior.
