BYD Denza Z electric supercar to begin pre-sale in China tomorrow
BYD subsidiary Denza announced that its Z model electric supercar will open for pre-sale in China on July 13. The vehicle was previously unveiled in the UK.

BYD-owned Denza brand announced on Tuesday that pre-sales for its new Z model electric supercar will commence in China on July 13.
The model previously debuted at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the United Kingdom, where pricing was released. The Coupe version starts at £142,900 (approximately €1.3 million), the Spider convertible at £159,900 (approximately €1.45 million), and the Racing track version at £172,900 (approximately €1.57 million).
The Denza Z features a tri-motor all-wheel-drive system producing a combined maximum output of 1582 horsepower. The Racing version, in particular, can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (approximately 100 km/h) in just 1.96 seconds and reach a top speed of 217 mph (approximately 349.2 km/h).
Designed by notable automotive designer Wolfgang Egger, the Denza Z is stated to be aimed at challenging for new lap records at the Nürburgring, indicating its ambition to compete among top-tier global supercars.
