BYD launches Denza Z9GT in Hong Kong market

BYD has officially launched its flagship Denza Z9GT in Hong Kong, setting the retail price at 998,000 HKD. This move signals the company's effort to capture a larger share of the local premium automotive market.

The Z9GT is the first vehicle available in Hong Kong to incorporate BYD’s second-generation 'Blade' battery technology and a 1000V high-voltage platform. Featuring an 850kW peak power output, the vehicle is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.7 seconds. The design follows a classic Grand Tourer aesthetic.

Technological integration includes the proprietary 'e3' intelligent control system, which the company claims optimizes steering precision and chassis stability. The arrival of the Z9GT marks a step in BYD’s regional strategy to introduce high-performance electric models to affluent demographics in the Hong Kong market.
