Byggmax Group appoints nomination committee for 2027 AGM

Byggmax Group AB has finalized the composition of its nomination committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting. The committee includes Richard Torgerson representing Nordea Funds AB, Frank Larsson representing Handelsbanken Fonder AB, and Anders Moberg, who serves as the chairman of the Byggmax Group board.

The committee’s mandate is to prepare and present proposals to shareholders regarding the election of the AGM chair, the size of the board of directors, and the selection of individual board members.
