Cabinetworks Group has opened a new, free on-site health clinic for its employees at its Waconia, Minnesota facility. This marks the company's third such clinic in two years, highlighting an increased investment in workforce well-being.

Cabinetworks Group, a major cabinet manufacturer, has expanded employee access to healthcare by opening a free on-site health clinic at its Waconia, Minnesota plant and office. This opening represents the third company-operated health clinic within a two-year period, signaling a growing commitment to employee welfare.
The 1,500-square-foot clinic provides employees, their spouses, and dependents with access to healthcare services at no cost. Services offered include basic primary care, treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, chronic condition management, and vaccinations. The facility is staffed by board-certified medical professionals from Medcor and is equipped with three exam rooms and a laboratory.
Jeff Jackson, CEO of Cabinetworks Group, stated that making healthcare accessible at the workplace is a proactive measure aimed at reducing financial burdens for employees and fostering a healthier workforce. He noted that healthy employees tend to be more productive and engaged, contributing to long-term career stability and community strength.
The Waconia clinic joins similar facilities previously established by the company in Middlefield, Ohio, and Independence, Oregon. Cabinetworks Group also provides other employee benefits, such as bonus programs, 401(k) matching, dependent care assistance, and tuition reimbursement programs.
