Cable Dahmer Automotive Group acquires Dale Willey Chevrolet GMC in Kansas

Cable Dahmer Automotive Group has expanded its footprint in the Midwest with the acquisition of the Dale Willey Chevrolet GMC dealership in Lawrence, Kansas. The transaction, involving the transfer of ownership from Greg Maurer to the Kansas City-based automotive group, was brokered by Performance Brokerage Services.

The sale marks a continuation of consolidation trends within the North American automotive retail market, where established dealer groups are increasingly acquiring single-point locations to achieve economies of scale. Performance Brokerage Services acted as the exclusive advisor for the transaction, managing the negotiation process between the parties.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The facility will integrate into the existing Cable Dahmer network, which maintains a significant presence in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
