The annual ranking, a collaboration between TIME and Statista, assessed Canadian companies across three key dimensions. These include employee satisfaction, measured through extensive surveys; revenue growth over the past three years; and sustainability transparency, evaluated using an ESG index and specific environmental, social, and governance metrics.
The methodology focused on verified employee feedback, financial performance data, and corporate responsibility reporting. Companies needed to meet specific criteria for revenue and demonstrate consistent positive growth to be considered for the list.
