A key component of the agreement involves the deployment of Gemini Enterprise, Google Cloud's platform for building AI agents. CaixaBank expects these agents to help its teams synthesize complex financial information, automate routine tasks, and optimize daily workflows.
The collaboration also encompasses hybrid cloud infrastructure, advanced threat detection, and security monitoring. Employee training and technology adoption will be conducted under CaixaBank’s governance, privacy, and responsible AI frameworks.
