Caliber Public Safety Introduces AI Support Assistant

North Little Rock, Ark. – Caliber Public Safety announced the release of CALI, an AI-powered support assistant now available to all its public safety agency customers through the Caliber Customer Support HUB. Designed to meet the specific needs of these agencies, CALI provides immediate access to verified product knowledge, helping users find answers and resolve issues more efficiently.

CALI operates 24/7, allowing customers to ask questions in natural language and receive relevant, documentation-based responses within seconds. The assistant can guide users through workflows, aid in troubleshooting, and locate training materials. When further assistance is required, CALI seamlessly creates a support ticket directly within the Customer Support HUB, streamlining the escalation process to Caliber's support team.

Caliber states its approach to artificial intelligence has been deliberate and customer-focused, recognizing the unique operational and security requirements of public safety agencies. CALI is built to deliver reliable answers grounded in Caliber's extensive documentation.

"Our customers do not need AI for the sake of AI. They need solutions that help them serve their communities more effectively," said Tammie Wojcieszak, Executive Vice President of Caliber. "CALI puts trusted product knowledge at their fingertips, helping them get answers faster and stay focused on the work that matters most."

The company reports that CALI is already showing promising results, achieving a 38.7% deflection rate for Tier 1 support requests. Caliber continues to expand CALI's knowledge base based on customer interactions and questions.
