Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 PC Version Features Announced

Activision Blizzard has officially announced the PC version features for the upcoming title, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. The game is set to launch on October 23 and will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC platforms. Support for simplified Chinese has also been confirmed.

The PC version will include support for ultra-widescreen resolutions, enhanced field of view (FOV), HDR10+, and Dolby Vision. Players will be able to utilize upscaling and frame generation technologies such as DLSS 4.5, FSR Redstone, and XeSS 3. The game will feature ray tracing across all modes and offer over 800 adjustable settings for players to customize their experience.

Technical requirements for the PC release include mandatory TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. A built-in benchmark tool is also included to assist players in optimizing performance. Activision Blizzard highlighted core features such as a new weapon prioritization technology architecture for realistic gunplay, fluid movement mechanics designed for responsiveness and player freedom, and visually diverse multiplayer environments set in various global locations.
