Camden National Bank Honors Employees and Culture at Annual Appreciation Event

Camden National Bank welcomed employees from across Northern New England to its annual Employee Appreciation Event held at the Augusta Civic Center. Centered on employee well-being, the celebration brought team members together to recognize outstanding service, honor career milestones, and reaffirm the bank's commitment to fostering a workplace culture where employees feel valued, supported, and connected to its purpose of serving customers and communities.

The bank presented special honors to 19 team members for exceptional service, meaningful impact, and dedication to the bank's core values. "Our employees are the reason Camden National Bank continues to grow, serve, and make a difference," said President and CEO Simon Griffiths. "This celebration is an opportunity to recognize their impact, honor their dedication, and reaffirm our commitment to their well-being."

Awards included "Officer of the Year" and "Stakeholder of the Year," recognizing leadership and commitment to the bank's vision and values. "Commitment Awards" were also presented to employees who demonstrated outstanding service, collaboration, and community involvement.

The event also honored 84 employees for reaching significant career anniversaries, with some celebrating over 40 years of service. These milestones reflect the deep connection and shared pride that shape the bank's culture and service to customers throughout Northern New England.
