Camp Bow Wow offers supervised play and webcam monitoring for overnight dog boarding

Camp Bow Wow, a national chain of dog daycare and boarding facilities, has upgraded its overnight dog boarding services by incorporating real-time monitoring via live webcams and employing certified staff. This initiative aims to alleviate concerns for pet owners regarding their dogs' well-being while they are away.

The company's 24-hour dog care, available at all its locations, includes access to live video feeds from the play areas. This feature enables pet parents to observe their dogs' activities and social interactions remotely via smartphones, tablets, or computers.

"We believe that transparency builds trust," stated Kate Wright, VP of Marketing at Camp Bow Wow. "When a pet parent can see their dog playing and making friends, that worry turns into confidence."

In contrast to traditional kennels, Camp Bow Wow's model emphasizes open play and continuous supervision. Dogs spend their days in monitored, climate-controlled environments and then rest overnight in private "Cabins" equipped with comfortable bedding. Dog daycare is included with all overnight boarding stays, ensuring dogs receive ample exercise and mental stimulation.

Certified Camp Counselors, trained in pet first aid and CPR, oversee the dogs during play sessions. Pet parents can view their dogs' activities through the webcams at any time of day, enhancing a sense of security and reducing separation anxiety for both pets and owners.
