Campspot Debuts AI Platform to Consolidate Campground Operations
Campspot has released a suite of artificial intelligence tools designed to automate pricing, guest interaction, and management tasks for outdoor hospitality operators.

Camping reservation software provider Campspot has introduced Campspot AI, an integrated intelligence layer designed to centralize campground management tasks. The system aims to address operational complexities by syncing reservation data, staff support, and marketing efforts within a single ecosystem.
Unlike software built for traditional hospitality, this AI suite draws directly from internal booking and pricing databases. The platform features six primary tools, including revenue management recommendations based on demand patterns, an AI-powered voice assistant for 24/7 guest communication, and an analytics tool that allows owners to query business trends directly.
CEO Michael Scheinman stated that the primary focus of the technology is reducing administrative overhead for park staff. To maintain operator control, the system is designed with safeguards, requiring human review for revenue rate changes and marketing campaigns before they are activated.
The company is currently piloting the technology with select parks and plans a full rollout ahead of the 2027 season. Campspot maintains that all data used by the AI stays within the park’s own environment, adhering to existing SOC 2 Type 2 security protocols.
