Courage, a Canadian independent creative agency, has established its first U.S. presence with the opening of a New York City office. This strategic move marks an expansion into the American market, driven by the agency's recent growth.

The agency reported significant recent success, securing accounts with global brands such as KFC, KitKat, Nescafé, and PlayStation. Courage has also garnered industry recognition, including six Cannes Lions awards and multiple "Agency of the Year" titles.

Leading the New York office are newly appointed Partners and Executive Creative Directors Steve Horn and Mina Mikhael, alongside Partner and Managing Director Pauline Tastenhoye. Horn and Mikhael join Courage from Translation, where they worked with clients including the NBA and Meta. Tastenhoye previously held leadership positions at Tombras and other notable agencies.

"The caliber of people like Pauline, Steve, and Mina is what drives growth," said Dhaval Bhatt, Founder and Global Co-Chief Creative Officer at Courage Inc. The agency stated that its expansion is fueled by both international opportunities and the addition of experienced talent to its team. Courage, founded in Toronto, emphasizes human connection and creativity in its client work.
