Capillary Tech Reports ₹10 Cr Loss In Q1 Despite Revenue Growth
Software company Capillary Tech reported a net loss of ₹9.6 Cr for the first quarter, a reversal from a profit in the prior year. Revenue increased by 42% year-over-year.

Capillary Tech, a software-as-a-service provider, recorded a net loss of ₹9.6 crore in the first quarter of FY27, a significant shift from a net profit of ₹74.5 lakh in the same period last year.
The company's operating revenue saw a substantial increase of 42% year-over-year, reaching ₹256.6 crore. Including other income of ₹5.7 crore, total income for the quarter was ₹262.4 crore.
Total expenses for the quarter amounted to ₹216.4 crore. Capillary Tech also incurred an exceptional loss of ₹33.4 crore during this period.
When adjusted for exceptional and one-off items, the company's normalized profit stood at ₹25.4 crore, marking a 332% year-over-year increase. This suggests underlying operational profitability despite the reported net loss.
