CapMan Infra's funds, Nordic Infrastructure I and Nordic Infrastructure II, achieved high scores of 97.6 out of 100 in GRESB's 2026 Infrastructure Assessment.

CapMan Infra's two investment funds, CapMan Nordic Infrastructure I and CapMan Nordic Infrastructure II, have achieved record high scores of 97.6 out of 100 in GRESB's (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) 2026 Infrastructure Assessment. The CapMan Nordic Infrastructure II fund improved its rating from three to five stars, indicating significant progress in sustainability targets.
CapMan Nordic Infrastructure I retained its prior four-star rating. Every asset within the funds that also participated in the assessment last year saw an improvement in its score, underscoring the successful integration of sustainability into CapMan Infra's infrastructure asset management.
The GRESB assessment evaluates the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance of investment funds. These high scores and star ratings reflect the funds' commitment to responsible investment practices within the infrastructure sector.
