CapMan Real Estate has completed the sale of a newly developed residential property in Aarhus, Denmark. The fund's CapMan Nordic Real Estate III (CMNRE III) signed a sale and purchase agreement for the Campus property with Danish pension fund Lærernes Pension.

The property consists of 209 apartments and was developed in a joint venture with Nordstern. The exit follows the successful completion and full lease-up of the property.

This aligns with the fund’s value-add strategy, which focuses on creating value through development and active management in major Nordic cities before realizing the asset to long-term core capital. The sale represents a successful realization for the fund.

The transaction highlights investor appetite for modern residential assets in key Nordic urban centers. CapMan Real Estate continues to pursue opportunities within its strategy of developing and managing properties for institutional investors.
