Cardiovascular Logistics Names Dr. Gary Kirsh Chief Executive Officer
Cardiovascular Logistics (CVL), a major cardiology management services organization, has appointed veteran physician executive Dr. Gary M. Kirsh as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Cardiovascular Logistics (CVL), one of the nation's largest cardiology management services organizations, announced the appointment of Dr. Gary M. Kirsh as its Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Dr. Kirsh, who has served on CVL's Board of Directors since November 2025, brings over 30 years of experience in building and leading physician-led specialty platforms. He previously co-founded and led Solaris Health, developing it into the largest urology management services organization before its acquisition by Cardinal Health for approximately $2.4 billion.
David Konur, founder of CVL, will transition to Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors. Konur established CVL in 2023 with Lee Equity Partners and has overseen its growth into a national leader with over 425 providers across seven states.
CVL provides management services to cardiology practices nationwide, aiming to enhance the quality and accessibility of cardiovascular care. The company supports leading cardiology groups across the country.
