Cargotec Executive Board Changes
Eric Nielsen resigns from Cargotec's Executive Board and as President of the MacGregor business area for personal reasons. CEO Mika Vehviläinen will serve as interim head of MacGregor.

Helsinki – Cargotec announced changes to its Executive Board on Thursday, June 12, 2014. Eric Nielsen, a member of the Executive Board and President of the MacGregor business area, is resigning from the company effective immediately due to personal reasons.
Mika Vehviläinen, President and CEO of Cargotec, will take over as interim President of MacGregor. The company has immediately commenced recruitment for a new head of the MacGregor business area. Nielsen joined Cargotec in September 2013.
As of June 12, 2014, the members of Cargotec's Executive Board include President and CEO Mika Vehviläinen, Executive Vice President and CFO Eeva Sipilä, Senior Vice President, Strategy Mikael Laine, Senior Vice President, Human Resources Mikko Pelkonen, and the presidents of the business areas Olli Isotalo (Kalmar) and Roland Sundén (Hiab). Senior Vice President, General Counsel Outi Aaltonen will act as Secretary to the Executive Board.
