Carrier Logistics and LSP44 are partnering to enhance automated LTL shipment tracking, aiming to reduce customer service burdens for carriers.
ELMSFORD, N.Y. – October 14, 2026 – Carrier Logistics (CLI), a provider of freight management software for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) fleets, announced a collaboration with LSP44, a provider of AI-native agent and API infrastructure for logistics service providers. The partnership targets a significant industry issue where carrier customer service teams are overwhelmed by automated queries from 3PLs and shippers.
The joint effort enables automated connectivity for 3PLs and shippers, reducing the friction that has historically hampered LTL carrier customer service operations. The new AI-driven API allows 3PLs and shippers to connect and track shipments even when the tracking number is unknown. AI is utilized to match known shipment properties to shipments within the Transportation Management System (TMS), automatically resolving ambiguities.
This initiative eliminates the need for intrusive manual queries by providing standard, non-disruptive APIs for tracking, aiming to deliver more accurate data to customers and improve efficiency as touchless shipments increase.
