Cars24 acquires Alba Cars to expand UAE automotive retail footprint
Automotive technology firm Cars24 has acquired Dubai-based retailer Alba Cars, aiming to combine its digital platform with established regional physical sales infrastructure.

Cars24 has finalized an agreement to bring the Dubai-based dealership Alba Cars into its global group. The move is designed to integrate Cars24’s digital technology, financing, and infrastructure with the premium retail network and customer base built by Alba Cars over the past eleven years.
Combined, the two entities record more than 1,000 vehicle sales per month in the UAE. By merging operations, the companies aim to streamline the vehicle ownership experience, offering a mix of digital convenience and local physical service. Alba Cars will retain its brand identity and existing leadership team as part of the integration process.
Cars24 CEO of Arabia, Abhinav Gupta, stated that the partnership leverages the strengths of both firms to target regional growth. The companies plan to invest in infrastructure and digital tools to enhance service delivery for buyers and sellers across the UAE.
This acquisition marks a consolidation of two companies that both launched in 2015. Moving forward, the focus remains on scaling retail operations and improving aftersales capabilities through the combined platform.
