Cary Group has expanded its UK presence through the acquisition of Masterglass Windscreens Limited, which operates under the name Autoglazing. This move marks Cary Group's second acquisition in the UK, separate from its existing National Windscreens operation.

Autoglazing specializes in automotive glass repair and replacement, alongside ADAS calibration services, primarily serving the East Anglia region. Cary Group CEO Anders Jensen stated the acquisition is a key part of the company's strategy to solidify its position in the United Kingdom market.

"By integrating Autoglazing into our existing network, we enhance our ability to meet increasing demand, particularly in the insurance and fleet sectors," Jensen said. "We look forward to welcoming the team to Cary Group."

The acquired company, Masterglass Windscreens Limited, has been led by entrepreneur Andrew Hodge for the past 30 years. Hodge will now transition to the role of National Fleet Account Director at National Windscreens. The UK represents Cary Group's second-largest market.

Cary Group's acquisition strategy involves platform acquisitions for new market entry, add-on acquisitions to bolster existing market presence, and smaller acquisitions for local footprint enhancement and scale. The company aims to contribute to the consolidation of the fragmented European vehicle glass repair and replacement market.
