The acquisitions are expected to create a strong platform in the Belgian market following the integration of the two acquired companies. The combined entity will operate under the brand name Autoglass Clinic. This move is intended to enhance Cary Group's coverage within Belgium.
Anders Jensen, CEO of Cary Group, stated that Belgium is an attractive market with high insurance penetration for vehicle glass repair and replacement. Autoglass Clinic holds a strong second position in the market, and combined with Touring Glass, which is third, the acquisition aims to create a more robust market player.
The acquisition is anticipated to be completed in the second quarter of 2023. Autoglass Clinic is based in Hasselt and operates a network of service centers and workshops, complemented by Touring Glass's existing workshop network.
