Cary Group acquires majority stake in Swedish workshop Autoklinik
Cary Group has acquired 90 percent of Autoklinik i Malmö AB, a car service and body repair workshop in Malmö. The acquisition expands Cary Group's service offering in Sweden.

Cary Group has acquired 90 percent of Autoklinik i Malmö AB, a workshop specializing in car service, body repair, and paintwork in Malmö.
Founded in 1983 by the Radomski family, Autoklinik is an authorized service and repair workshop for brands including Hyundai, Honda, Fiat, Subaru, and Isuzu. It also serves as a specialized damage repair partner for Bentley and McLaren and is an approved body shop for Tesla vehicles.
"We are very happy to welcome Autoklinik to Cary Group. This is our first workshop in Sweden specialized in auto body repair and service and will serve as a great compliment to our vehicle glass replacement and repair business," said Mats Green, Regional Head of Nordics at Cary Group.
The acquisition is part of Cary Group's growth strategy in the Nordic region. Autoklinik has 30 employees and reported net sales of approximately SEK 38 million in 2020. Robert Radomski from the founding family will retain a 10 percent share.
Cary Group has previously expanded its Swedish presence with acquisitions, including Danish company Crashpoint A/S in March 2021, which specializes in body repair and paint and is Tesla-approved.
